Today I'm sharing a vision I got over the weekend about abundance.

We discussed: the two big essential components of sales conversations today.

Acknowledge the unknown.
Express what you have confidence in.

Don't express guarantees that you can't keep.
DO express incremental improvements that you can help your clients make and what that means for them in the bigger picture of their lives.

For example: While I can't guarantee that your chronic illness will go away, I am completely confident that you will be able to manage it and be able to travel and do the things that you love with less pain.
