How do I book a session?
Start by filling out a short application form. If your goals are a good match for the Personal Essence Discovery Session, I’ll be in touch to set up a call to talk in more detail.
Where and when does it take place?
The session is entirely virtual. I ask that you have your camera on so that we can form a stronger connection. I mostly book sessions during regular business hours (Central Time), but can be flexible.
Is this business or life coaching?
We can talk about both personal and professional stuff, or just one -- my goal is to support you in making changes wherever they’re most needed. Bring your goals and questions and I will make sure they are addressed and you walk away with a detailed plan for success.
Is this service only for entrepreneurs?
Not at all! Most of my clients are entrepreneurs, but personal essence discovery sessions can benefit anyone, no matter where they are in their life. It can help you gain more freedom and respect in your career and/or stand out as an authentic leader in your space (even if you’re not sure what that is at the moment.) Every session is specifically tailored to your needs but what many business and coaching clients find helpful is creating a personal marketing and sales plan based on your personal essence. We can also look at your business structure and align it with offerings and pricing that reflect your true value and worth.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Plan to be in a quiet room where you can be comfortable and free of distractions. You’ll need a pen and paper to jot down a few things as we work through some exercises.
What happens after the session?
We’ll check in after 30 days to see how you’ve integrated your personalized plan. After the session, you will receive two continuing education programs to further your journey into your genius: the Personal Alchemy Method and the Catalyst Method.
This way, you can continue learning and growing at your own pace.
