Funny how manifestation works…

Somehow, in my teens, this idea got into my head that by the time I got married I would have a rich friend who would lend me their castle to use as a venue for my wedding.

So I had a slight obsession with castles as a kid. I loved that damp stone smell and all the life that goes on inside them.

Somehow, in my teens, this idea got into my head that by the time I got married I would have a rich friend who would lend me their castle to use as a venue for my wedding.

For years I just always assumed this would happen.

When I was looking into venues before Covid, I searched for castles and castle-like locations and of course inquired if any of my friends owned a secret castle that they were being really discreet about.

Nope.

Then, the world shut down as did my wedding plans.

But, because we didn't spend money on a big wedding, we were able to buy our first home.

And it ended up being a PERFECT home for a small wedding. There was water in the backdrop, plenty of flowers, a huge sky, and an acre of wild landscaping.

A few days before my family arrived for the ceremony I had this crazy moment of realization with my higher self.

The friend with the castle that I *knew* I would have my wedding at--was ME! :)
